REGISTRATION FEE:

For International Delegates from the United States, Canada, Europe and other Northern Countries:

IAMR3 and Caravan

$275 This fee covers the IAMR3, Caravan to Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta and will include the following:

1. registration for the assembly, conference kit
2.  lodging from November 6-10 (they still have lodging night of Nov 10) in Mexico, D.F. and Puerto Vallarta
3.  food on the following days: Nov 6^th (dinner), Nov 7^th (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Nov 8^th (lunch, dinner), Nov 9^th (breakfast, lunch), Nov 10^th (breakfast, lunch)
4.  ground transportation from Mexico, DF to Puerto Vallarta and back to Mexico City

Note: For those who prefer to secure their own lodging from Nov. 6-10, the reduced fee will be $225.

IAMR3 Only

$175 This fee covers the IAMR3 and will include the following:

1. registration for the assembly and conference kit
2. lodging from November 6-8 in Mexico, DF(they still have lodging night of Nov 8 )
3. food on the following days: Nov 6^th (dinner), Nov 7^th (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Nov 8^th (lunch, dinner),
4. ground transportation in Mexico, DF

Note: For those who prefer to secure their own lodging, the reduced fee will be $150.00
